What to include
- Your Styln username or the email you sign in with, if you know either
- Your device model and iOS version
- The app version (Profile, then the gear icon, then About)
- What you were doing and what happened, with a screenshot if you can
Delete your account
In the app: go to the Profile tab, tap the gear icon to open Settings, then tap Delete Account and follow the steps.
If you can't use the app, email support@styln.ai from any inbox and ask us to delete your account. Include your Styln username or the email you sign in with, if you know either. We may ask for other details to confirm the account is yours before we delete it. The Privacy Policy explains how long deletion takes, including backups.
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
